This year the ELCT general assembly took place in Morogoro. The Lutheran Radio Centre took an active role in the meeting in:

*  live transmission

* recording programmes

* interviews

* Upload programmes to internet for rebroadcasting

Breaking News: Matokeo Mkutano mkuu wa 18 umemchagua Askof dr alex malasusa kuendelea kuwa Mkuu kwa kipindi kingine cha miaka 4. mwenyekiti wa uchaguzi askofu dr martin shao wa DK KKKT amemtangaza kura kama ifuatavyo jumla za kura 203, ndiyo 193 hapana 10 upande katibu mwandishi wa KKKT amechaguliwa mama Hapiness Gefi kwa kura 200 kura 3 ya hapana. Hapiness gefi ni katibu Mkuu wa Dayss ya mashariki ya ziwa victoria. anachukua nafasi ya bwana exaud ndullu aliyemaliza muda wake mkutano huo umefanyika LJS Morogoro utafungwa leo Ijumaa.
